Co-ordination with Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office
There has been rapid rise of road traffic accidents crashes (RTC) in Nepal. Our general population in Nepal seem to have very less knowledge with respect to traffic rules; hazards due to RTC; risks of RTC; its financial, mental and social consequences.
Though number of RTC is at peak in our region, the information regarding the same is not being well circulated among the community. We believe that if such information come to notice, the incidence of RTC can be decelerated.
We, at Indaram Health, have coordinated with Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office, Ramshah Path, Kathmandu, Nepal and collected different pamphlets and informative brochures regarding traffic rules, awareness campaigns as well as some data with respect to road traffic crashes.
The information so obtained are be circulated in various social platforms in the form of pictures, pamphlets, songs, cartoons, videos, animations, slogans, etc. so as to expand the awareness. We hope to decrease the trend of such mishaps.
